What is the Spriz NFT Series

The Spriz NFT Series is the new NFT collection from ReservaX, the experimentation division for new web3 technologies of Reserva. It aims to be a phygital NFT, which offers holders, among other benefits and experiences, the right to redeem an exclusive digital and physical collectible item, consisting of a limited-edition pair of sneakers for each NFT purchased (1 NFT = 1 Collectible Item). You can consult more information at any time! Just access our Terms of Use.
Who can purchase the Spriz NFT?

Only individuals over 18 (eighteen) years old, or who are of legal age according to the laws of their State of residence and/or nationality, and who have full civil capacity. See the Terms of Use for more information.
How can I purchase Spriz NFT?

Currently any of the SprizNFT Series models can be purchased on the secondary market, through the link, where you can make your purchase offer to an NFT holder and it is up to him to accept or not.
When and how can I sell my Spriz NFT?

You can sell your Spriz NFT at any time, as long as the rules set out in the Terms of Use and in this FAQ are observed. The sale can be carried out in any marketplace authorized to carry out token operations.
Are the benefits limited to the first buyer?

No, However, each NFT will give the right to only 1 (one) pair of physical shoes, which can be redeemed by the first purchaser - or by the future holders, in the case that the previous holders have not redeemed the physical pair of shoes yet. You can check if the physical shoes have been redeemed already, as described in the answer of item 13 of this FAQ.

As for the other benefits, such as the virtual pair of sneakers and the pre-sale list, they are transferable in the event of resale. That means they can be available to the new owner, but subject to specific redemption periods and windows. Therefore, it is important that each NFT acquirer previously checks if the benefits have already been claimed in the Holder's Area environment https://spriznft.usereserva.com/holder.

How do I redeem my pair of physical sneakers?

The redemption of all Spriz NFT benefits must be done through the LINK. At the time of redemption, you must provide the necessary information to deliver the item and pay the necessary costs.

How soon will I receive my physical pair of shoes after the confirmation of the claim?

Orders will be shipped within 120 (one hundred and twenty) days from the confirmation of the claim. Reserva complies with safety standards and makes every effort to send your physical pair of shoes as soon as possible.

After confirming the redemption, you will receive through the registered email a tracking link with the expected date of arrival of the shoes. From there, you can track your order. If you have not received a tracking link, please contact us via the email address nft@usereserva.com or our Discord.

Can I change the delivery address for the physical pair of shoes?

The product delivery address is provided at the time of the claim. You will not be able to change your shipping address for the physical pair of shoes, as orders are processed quickly and linked to your verified wallet at the time of redemption for safety reasons.
Can I collect the physical pair of shoes at a Reserva store?

No, the physical pair of shoes will be shipped directly to the address provided by the holder. As it is a tailor-made item, it is not available for purchase in our physical stores.
What do I do if the physical item does not arrive at my address, or, if they do, they are defective?

In both cases, you should preferably contact us at nft@usereserva.com, through our Discord channel or our customer service attendance team. We will help you solve the issue as best as we can.
Can I return the physical pair of shoes or change it for another one after the purchase?

It will not be possible to exchange the physical pair of shoes or receive a refund, due to the non-fungible nature of the product. As it is a single edition collectible item, there is no possibility of exchanging it for another one of the same, as the item is produced exclusively and is custom made for the NFT buyer. The item is not in the regular Reserva catalog and can only be obtained by purchasing the NFT.

How to choose the size of my physical sneakers?

The size of the physical pair of sneakers was chosen exclusively by the first buyer, who informed the number between 36 and 44 (Brazilian measurement parameter) for the shoe at the time of the MINT (Coinage) of the NFT. This size cannot be changed later by other purchasers, since it is an exclusive and made-to-measure product. Thus, each NFT has a serial number and a specific physical pair size.

THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OF LATER CHANGE OF SNEAKER SIZE.
Attention! In the secondary purchase, you will also have to observe the minted sneaker size. Each NFT is linked to a physical pair, with a number determined at the time of MINT. In the NFT image, the shoe size is displayed in Brazilian, American and European measurements, in the lower right corner of each image and also in the NFT properties on the collection page in OpenSea.

All holders will also receive a notice on the e-mail provided upon registration.

The estimated release time of the physical pair of shoes redemption window is 100 (one hundred) days after the mint. The physical item will be tailor-made with the size informed at the time of the mint, and numbered, for each NFT/holder, from 001 to 181 per model.

Important! In order to be eligible to redeem the physical pair of sneakers, your NFT cannot be listed for sale on any resale platforms (OpenSea or others).
Is there a deadline for redeeming my physical pair of shoes?

Yes, the holder can redeem the physical sneakers at any time until September 6, 2030, which is the maximum period that the product can be in Reserva’s custody. After this period, the physical shoes can no longer be redeemed.

As for the other benefits, the deadlines and other relevant information will be available on the official channels.
Do I have to pay anything at the time of the claim?

It will be necessary to bear the shipping costs for sending the item and any gas fees (“gas fee”) determined by the Ethereum network for the claim of the product.

Additional information about the shipment of the product will be sent to the email informed at the time of redeeming your Spriz. More information will be made available on our official channels. What happens to my NFT when I claim my physical pair of shoes?

When claiming your physical pair of shoes, you burn your current NFT and a mint a new one. That is, the initial NFT available for the claim is deleted and a new NFT with the same art is placed in your wallet in the same collection. The difference is that this new NFT will not have the possibility of redeeming a physical pair of shoes.
Can I buy the NFT in secondary sale and redeem the physical pair of shoes?

Yes, but the sneakers must not have been redeemed by any previous holder. To check the availability of the physical pair of shoes for claim, just search if it is “available”, as explained in the item 13 of this FAQ.
How do I know if an NFT has had their physical pair of shoes claimed?

The physical pair of shoes’ claim status will be presented in the metadata of all Spriz NFT Series, being found alongside the properties of its page on secondary markets. That way, buyers will be able to make their decision whether or not to buy on the secondary market with full knowledge of whether they will still be able to obtain their unique physical pair of sneakers.

Fake or unofficial NFTs are not eligible for redemption. Make sure you only trade the official NFT Spriz which can be found on Rarible, OpenSea or LooksRare platforms.

You should notice that if you are buying an NFT directly from a holder, that is, on the secondary market (OpenSea, for example), it is possible to know if an NFT has already had its physical form redeemed by looking at the upper right corner of its art, where "AVAILABLE" means it is available for redemption, and "REDEEMED" means it was already redeemed, as shown in the image below.

This information will also be available in the "REDEEMED" property of the NFTs, which is visible on OpenSea (opensea.io/collection/spriz), where "Yes" means that the physical pair of sneakers has already been redeemed, and "No" means that the physical pair of sneakers is still available for redemption, as shown in the example image below:
Can I sell my NFT and keep the right for the physical pair of shoes?

No, the physical pair of shoes is a non-fungible benefit linked to the Spriz NFT and cannot be separated from the token if the holder has not redeemed the physical item yet.
Can I sell my NFT after I have redeemed the physical pair of shoes?

Yes, you will be able to sell your NFT after redeeming the physical item. However, your “available” NFT version will be deactivated at the time of redemption, and you will receive a new “redeemed” NFT. This NFT will contain the same artwork, without the right to claim the physical pair of shoes. In case of anys doubts, please consult the answer to item 13 of this FAQ.
Can I change the size of my physical pair of shoes after confirming the claim?

You will not be allowed to change the numbering size of the physical item after the confirmation of the claim, considering that the production starts immediately after the mint performed by the first buyer. See the answer to item 7 of this FAQ for how to choose your shoe size.
Can I withdraw from the claim request after it has been confirmed?

You can choose to redeem your physical pair until September 6, 2030. However, for security reasons, once your physical pair redemption request is confirmed, the shipment can no longer be cancelled.
